Memocasino Privacy Policy

The company has principles called “Know Your Customer”. They aim to prevent financial crimes or money laundering by providing customers’ personal data and verifying them accordingly. Memocasino may request information from the user at any time to verify the user’s location and identity. Also, until the identity is established or for other reasons, the company reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, use of services, and others. Risk is at the heart of the strategy we employ, so we conduct thorough due diligence and constantly monitor all clients and transactions. Under anti-money laundering legislation, we use three stages of due diligence:

  • SDD (simplified due diligence) – used in cases of extreme risk;
  • CDD (customer due diligence) – this standard is more commonly used for identification and verification;
  • EDD (enhanced due diligence) – used for high-risk, large transactions or special cases.

Documents

When requesting information, you may need to provide documents depending on the type of verification to be carried out. Below are the documents that may be required and their minimum list:

  • First and last name;
  • Date of Birth;
  • Residential address;
  • Identification number.

The only identity documents are: passports or identity cards. As well as a document that confirms the address of residence at the time of verification (utility bills or a statement is not earlier than 6 months). Additional documents such as a driver’s license, military ID card, a photo of the user with an open passport in front of their face, and a front photo of a bank card can also be provided.

The documents you provide may not be approved for the following reasons:

  • File corruption;
  • Unreadability or illegibility;
  • Inconsistency between the data provided and the data in the documents;
  • Unacceptable documents that do not support the information requested, and others.

When the documents are uploaded, the status “Temporarily Approved” will be displayed. The team will review them in 24 hours and inform you about the result. This will either be approved, or rejected, or additional information will be required for further investigation. In the latter case, the client can fully use all services and products, but there may be problems with withdrawals.

After all the documents have been analyzed, the company will make a final decision. If there is a negative response in the end, the reason will be stated and a support ticket with a number will be available to you.

If the verification process was not passed, then it is possible to make additional deposits and then already withdraw funds for any amount. If the user has successfully passed the verification procedure, the requested amount and balance, as well as the user’s activity, are compared before any withdrawal of funds. At no time may a user transfer funds to another user.
